On the 4th of July I feel it is paramount to express the fact that I love America just as much if not more then the next. That being said I strongly disagree with the path our country is going, the united states as a country is still only in it’s teenage years when compared to a country such as china who has been a country since the b.c. Era, this country faces liquidation of the middle class, an ever increasing police-state judicial system and a modernized slave ship economic system. America is the best country in the world because we the people have been endowed with the power and RESPONSIBILITY to right the course of our countries future and move forward towards economic prosperity and truly be free. Free from debt, free from racial and CLASS prejudice, and free from the oppression of greed under the cloak of free trade. So I for one will wear an American flag proudly tomorrow not because I am satisfied with the current situation America is in but with hope for the future of the state both in economics and civil liberties. “patriotism is supporting your country all the time, and your government when it deserves it.”
